GEMILIA LAM
Intern Architect + RHFAC Professional
As an Intern Architect, Gemilia Lam brings a fresh perspective to design, often weaving the beauty of landscapes into architectural concepts. She completed her Master of Architecture at the University of British Columbia, following her RIBA Part 1 – Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) at Northumbria University in Newcastle (UK), which broadened her global outlook and design approach. Her academic projects consistently explored the intersection of heritage, landscape, and architecture. She is also a certified Accessibility Assessor through the Rick Hansen Foundation.
Beyond practice, she actively contributes to her community through volunteering and Toastmasters in Vancouver, where she continues to grow in communication and leadership. In addition to her architectural work, Gemilia is also a published author; her debut book in Vietnam, “Ngộ: From Nonsense to Sense”, reflects her passion for creativity, self-development, and meaningful dialogue.
