Katie Dolphin

Intermediate Designer | Perkins & Will

Katie’s work experience demonstrates a passion for design at multiple scales; from the object, to the building, landscape and city. Since graduating from UBC, Katie has worked on several hospitality, residential and institutional projects in Vancouver and abroad. In 2017, she moved to Basel to work for Herzog & de Meuron. In Basel, Katie was able to synthesize her design interests on several projects including a boutique hotel in a Switzerland and a masterplan in Berlin. Now back in Vancouver, Katie is working with Perkins and Will and Herzog & de Meuron on the Vancouver Art Gallery.

Katie earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from the University of Manitoba and Master of Architecture from the University of British Columbia. During graduate school she completed a semester abroad in Chandigarh which became the site for her graduation project.
