Architect AIBC | HDR

I am an Architect AIBC, and Associate Design Principal at HDR, where I have practiced for over 10 years. Leading and supporting our studio's design and internal processes - I engage with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that strong design ideas are created and carried through all stages of work. I work across our Civic, Education/Science/Community, and Health sectors, with a current focus on Mass Timber Design and Indigenous Engagement. I am a BC native, who graduated from Dalhousie School of Architecture (BEDS, M.Arch) - where I received the Thesis Prize for top design thesis. My work is heavily involved in craft and construction, with much time spent with various design-build studios. These included Coastal Studio (Dalhousie), Free Lab (Dalhousie), Rural Studio (Auburn University), and work with Mackay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects (Ghost Lab, wood design studio). Looking forward to meeting you!
